Roman Vindolanda Fort & Museum and the Roman Army Museum are open daily 10am until 5pm (last admission 4pm) until 31st October.
From the 1st November Vindolanda Fort & Museum will be open 10am until 4pm (last admission 3pm).
From the 1st November The Roman Army Museum will be closed.
Our cafes and shops are available for museum visitors. Booking your tickets and an arrival slot is recommend (existing ticket holders and Friends of Vindolanda only need to book a free time slot). The booking system is now open, click on Tickets & Entry Slots button below when you are ready to book.
We have kept our Covid safety measures in place.
Please note we do not allow dogs (with the exception of assistance dogs) on our site or at either museum.
