Virtual Sleepover

Suggested for ages 5 - 9. 

You can take the experience of visiting the museum home with our virtual sleepover packs!

Set up camp with our mascot, Aquila, and dive into the life of a Roman soldier. Your adventure includes fun activities like designing your own shield, practicing marching drills, and exploring ancient artefacts from the Vindolanda Trust collection. This virtual experience is perfect for families looking to learn and have fun together!

You will get a follow-along video, available to watch online. A link will be sent out in the confirmation email for you to watch the video at your leisure. Running time is approx. 45 minutes.

To accompany your follow-along video you can choose either:
£3: A digital activity pack, which includes information and instructions for all of our activities that you can download at home. Sent via email.
OR
£15: A physical activity book, all the craft materials needed, (includes free postage, but hurry—limited availability!). These have limited availability, so once they're gone, they're gone! Please note these physical packs are available for UK delivery only.
