The safety of our staff, visitors and volunteers is of primary importance to us.

What we expect from you.

  • Please do not visit us if you feel unwell.
  • Wearing a face covering indoors is now a personal choice, please respect all other people.
  • Use the hand sanitiser we provide or/and bring your own.
  • Please be patient and respect social distancing at all times.
  • Be kind to our staff and others.

We have the following measures in place.

  • To help maintain effective social distancing by staggering entries we’re continuing timed arrival windows for all visitors. Every visitor is encouraged to reserve an arrival window for their visit. During busy periods we may unfortunately have to turn away visitors who don't book themselves an arrival window in advance, or who arrive outside of their booked arrival window during busy periods. The great news is that, once here, you can stay all day.
  • Our reception areas have hand sanitiser stations for you to use.
  • We have one-way systems in place to follow inside our museums.
  • Our toilets are open and are being cleaned frequently throughout the day.
