Excavate & Stay Twin Room First Instalment

Payment of balance for volunteers who have a confirmed Excavate & Stay place (Double/Twin Room) on the 2024 Excavation season with the Trust.

Please note, the balance is payable only by volunteers with a confirmed Excavate & Stay booking for 2024 Excavations.

If you do not already hold a confirmed place on the 2024 Excavations with Hedley accommodation this will not gain you one and we will issue a full refund.

Final payment due for one period (2 weeks, 12 nights) accommodation in the Hedley Centre. You can still book to stay the Friday night at the end of your stay by clicking the links below for extra nights and week extensions.

For Twin/Double rooms:

• Total cost for Twin room Excavate and Stay place in 2024 is £1,800.
• Initial deposit payment of the £600 for one place already received.
• Therefore the rest of the balance of £1200 is requested in two instalments:

• 1st Instalment: £600 by 30th November 2023.

  2nd Instalment: £600 by 31st January 2024.
