Join us at the Roman Army Museum for a Lecture with David Breeze, where he will discuss how in the aftermath of the cutting down of the tree in Sycamore Gap, 80 archaeologists and enthusiasts for Hadrian's Wall came together to create a book of their favourite views of the frontier. Their contributions include not just the monument itself, but artefacts, excavations, excavators and their records. One unusual contribution is the music for two compositions created to mark the act of vandalism.

The book is called Hadrian's Wall in our time you can purchase a copy for yourself here

This will be an in-person lecture taking place at the Roman Army Museum and not broadcast online live.
