How many arrival slots should I book?

You need to book an arrival slot for each person who has a ticket. This includes existing ticket holders.

Under 5's do not need a slot and are admitted free.

Can I arrive without booking?

We are operating at reduced capacity and have established a system of arrival slots visitors can book to manage visitor numbers. You may arrive at our sites without booking an arrival slot, however you run the risk of being turned away if we have reached our capacity and are fully booked.

We strongly recommend booking an arrival slot.
