Teachers Pack Key Stage2

This teachers resource pack for Key Stage 2 support for a visit to the Roman Army Museum focusses on the key question of "Would you have joined the Roman Army?"

Following the visit to the Roman Army Museum students will have:

1. Gained the experience of conducting an historical investigation.

2. Discovered the range of sources that tell us about the Roman period and will have practised their skills in comprehension and inference.

3. Gained sufficient knowledge of the lives of Roman soldiers that they can identify a number of similarities and differences between Roman life and their own lives.
